# Language pack installation

You can install language packs using standard Joomla extension installation procedures.

## Installation Steps

1. In the Joomla Administrator, navigate to **System > Install > Extensions** (or **System > Install > Languages** if you first need to install the corresponding core Joomla language pack).
2. Select the **Upload Package File** tab.
3. Drag and drop or browse to select the NorrCompetition language pack ZIP file (e.g. `pkg_norrcompetition_languages_xx-XX.zip` or individual extension language packages).
4. Joomla will upload and install the language files automatically.

**Prerequisite:** Before installing a NorrCompetition language pack, ensure that the corresponding Joomla site and administrator language pack is already installed and enabled on your website (**System > Languages > Content Languages** / **Installed**).

Official and community translations are available on the [NorrCompetition Translations page](https://norrnext.com/translations/norrcompetition).

### What to do if there is no translation for my language?
